"We received a lovely warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was ready early and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, providing a map of the city with ideas and discussion on what to do. Breakfast was simple but good. Really enjoyed the location, handy for everything but also quiet at night. All in all a really great place to stay in Palermo."

"Convenient location. Definitely a walk up. If you book a room on the third floor, there are 71 steps up. Hosts are friendly and the room is clean. The true star of this location is the little lady who runs the breakfast (and also does the housekeeping). SHe always looked happy to see the guests, greeting everyone with a smile and remembering names. She keeps the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The view from the terrace area where the breakfast is served is fabulous."

"We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). However the staff kindly moved us to Room 3 on the first floor which was more comfortable. The staff were super helpful overall, providing...

"Very cute, very clean and reception so helpful with our questions. Location is amazing! Pedestrians only. Lots of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable, but I loved the memory foam pillows."
