A bit dated, but the views are unbearable, the restaurant on site is great, and it’s right above the main public beach and additional great dining options. They also have shuttles that go into town every 15 mins, which is very convenient.

Staff was very nice and funny. One staff from Brazil, I cannot remember his name, he was really helpful and funny. Saverio, one of the drivers would go above and beyond to make sure you'd get to the Molo di Capri /Naples on time.

Loved Capri!!

The room itself was very clean but very average, nothing special, suited our needs. BUT THE VIEW!! Great location, convenient free shuttle service to city center, great breakfast (not included in price). Would stay here again anytime.

Good option for our last minute overnight stay in Capri, and appropriate for the price compared to other hotels on the island. However the restaurant food and staff were underwhelming, and both in the restaurant and at checkout there were incorrect charges on my bill.

There are very nice waiters to help the customer to choose the food which is their chiefs' special. For transportation, the hotel has some shuttle bus by the way,the metro system is on side too. It is really convenient

The property location and overall views are spectacular. The staff (mainly front desk) is horrendous, snotty and condescending. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and incredibly overpriced. Their website claims they are the only hotel on the island completely covered by free wifi. Our wifi did not work and after many reminders they let me know it's not their fault, but the fibre was not working. They also claim they lend fishing rods and reels, also a blatant lie. My son asked and they scoffed and said taht is not offered, maybe an update to the website would be good if they can get their wifi working. The front desk attendant Tito was pompous and arrogant, ruined the experience for us. The cocktails are terribly overpriced. Stay here for the views and location as well as convenient shuttle service, but go elsewhere for meals and drinks.

Stunning views

Amazing view! To access the beach you have to go outside the hotel and take the main road down hill, read the signs and go down some stairs (about 4-5 flights of stairs). The beach is small but you can swim and see the amazing rocks! The breakfast is great and the restaurant views are stunning! We also had dinner there and is very good, prices are ok (average price) in any affordable restaurant in Capri (worth it for the stunning view)!! Hotel is clean, and staff is friendly! I wished the hot pool stayed open for longer than 6:30 pm, so you can enjoy the city and arrive at the hotel and relax at the pool.

Really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Property is close to the beach which was amazing and clean. Magnificent views and convenient location. Hotel also offers free transfers to the city main plaza every 10 minutes.

This hotel looks over the beach and coast on the south side of Capri. The views are amazing. Our room had a private balcony with a view of the Faraglione Rocks. There is a restaurant on the property. Elevator to the rooms. Room was spacious and clean. Extra pillows were available. The hotel has a free shuttle into Capri town that runs all day. The shuttle stop is on Via Roma, 5 min walk west of Piazzetta di Capri, where other shuttles stop. The hotel offers a pay shuttle to the Ferry Port that you can schedule. The staff was very helpful with everything, and they spoke English. We were able to leave our luggage there before our check-in time.

Amazing view

This hotel is a gem in Capri. I travelled a lot. This hotel is one of the best hotels to stay In A place like Capri. The view from our Julian balcony was amazing. The available shuttle is a big help. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we had in Italy. In total I will give 5 star to this hotel.

The view from the hotel is spectacular. One of the best views on the Island overlooking the Faraglioni. The staff was very attentive to your needs and made sure your experience was exceptional. The Manager Nikoli went above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. The hotel exceeded all expectations!
