"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... "Right on the street, but the room was quiet enough—wonderful views. We came in summer, and the room faced West, so very hot. The curtains were not enough to keep the room protected, and the cleaning staff would open them some, so the room was always superheated. No AC. "We booked Hotel Boite largely because of the spa, which is prominently featured throughout the hotel’s photos and booking page. This was very misleading. The spa is not part of the hotel—it’s a 10-minute walk or short drive away. After a long hike, we wasted time searching for the sauna before the front desk told us it was at a separate facility. "The hotel is well situated for the local attractions particularly Tre Cime. The rooms are large (almost too big) but quite basic. The en-suite bathroom by comparison was very small and not well maintained. Our shower head didn’t stay attached to the holder making it hard to use. The hair dryer would only work for about 30 seconds before overheating and stopping which drove my partner mad. The four course dinner was ok. Nothing special but decent for 45 euros each. "Property is quite old with rooms very stuffy and poorly ventilated. You either have a choice of keeping your (unscreened) windows very wide or having a very hot room - had to choose between boiling or listening to accordion music from the neighbors past 1am. Showers are fine, breakfast is pretty good. Not worth the price."

"Our room was beautifully decorated in warm yellow tones and had a very charming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly prepared hot egg dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Since we had informed the hotel that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which made us very happy.
