"took my dog out to potty, & get food for her @ 11:05pm - when she has to go, we go - & now i am locked both out of our room (which my father paid for). PLEASE REFUND HIS CARD, right now. see receipt. we get to spend the night (not in a bed to cradle my bones) but in my jeep. no hot water, no bathroom. no heat, light, outlets. no phone. no key? no service. unacceptable. inhumane. uncivilized. disrespectful behavior, yes. did this happen to us last night? yes. the three nights i paid out of pocket for it? YES. $509. you don't treat dogs like that; you do not get to charge me or anyone in my family for it either. i have photos & video of everything, including each of five people whom i told this was happening to us, too. witnessed. i will never come back to soldotna inn; they are not likely too either make this right, EXPEDIA? i even bought trip insurance - or d to through you. i'm handing thidms ovrer the you; the staff @ soldotna inn mor myself could reach the oner Dr. Shipping Wang. i called her personal cell phone. this is above my paygrade but not Expedia's. we are done & want to get over it. i have things to do but no accommodation here, in which to conduct them from. fine. i have a rig; i have my K9 Service: MEDIC - "Mobility Support" (Sterling). i am from here, Soldotna."

"I checked into Uptown Motel on May 20, 2026. I stayed till May 25th, 2026. During that time my room was only cleaned one time. The 3rd day of my stay. I had to ask to get some clean towels and have my garbage taken out. The little girl at the desk was very sweet and did get me fresh towels, but the bed linen was never changed in my room the whole stay. Breakfast....I went into the dining room on one morning. I asked for the Eggs Benedick. It looked so good in the menu. I asked for the eggs to to over medium, Not running, Also asked to have the hashbrowns extra crispy. Well, eggs were running and hashbrowns were just whitist and warm. I ate a few bites and got up and paid my bill and left. I am sorry that this place has gone down hill so much. I have stayed here 4 years ago and it was great. This time left a poor taste in my mouth. The staff were nice, but, nothing was said to a refund on the food or lack of cleaning in my room. All they said was sorry???"

"When we arrived the outside seemed old and not maintained. But the inside of the room seemed and smelled clean. After the first day though a musty odor showed up. No staff on premises. Big round water mark on ceiling. Not sure if it’s recent or older. I would suggest some maintenance be done prior to renting atleast that room out again."

"VERY clean and quiet had and open kitchen too share with all the fixing to cook what I had dinner breakfast the bed I felt very comfortable too had own bathroom room to each room just had to wait for the hot water to warm up in the shower but overall I give it a 5 🌟"
