"Breakfast had an amazing set of choices in food and beverages."

"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. The room was not clean and there were used condoms hanging from a lamp in the room. The staff was notified and they were also mortified. They gave me another room with ripped carpeting, but at least it was clean. I would not stay at this chain ever again. I hate to write a negative review, but thought warming others was that important."

"I booked for one night, before I arrived to the hotel they had took my payment of $430 at 11am in the morning which isn’t check in time. Once I arrived I was told I had to do a $150 deposit which was understandable, as I’m checking my balance in my account they had took another $580 when I went to speak with front desk I was told they do that because a lot of people do fraud, but my thing is if you are going to take extra money that should be stated upon check in time because they ended up...

"The bed was comfortable. The motel is right off of Jericho turnpike, which is convenient but noisy and unlovely. The windows are sealed shut, possibly for security reasons. Soap and shampoo were unpleasant to use - bring your own. The bathroom was cramped and showed signs of water damage. There was a dead mouse in the light fixture above the sink. When I reported this, the desk clerk said, “Oh-sorry.”"
