We were walking the Camino and had passed the place over two hours ago when we looked for it in Pontevedra and learned our mistake. Had to take a taxi there and backThen they had no lift or even a dumb waiter to get our one full sized suitcase upstairs. The lady and I together managed it. In the morning I was told I could call someone to help bring it down because the desk was un manned. The guy answering was angry...

"La habitación contratada con Hoteles.com era una Suite con Bañera. No existe la bañera y en recepción me dicen que no hay suites con bañera. No entiendo por qué lo publicitan. Por otra parte el wifi es horrible. No sirve para nada.Lo positivo es que el monasterio es precioso y el entorno también. En eso estamos encantados"
