Staff were fantastic and friendly, always had time to answer questions or give tips about places to visit. Room was to a nice standard however the mattress was extremely worn on one side of the bed. Nice Continental breakfast every morning helped set the day up

Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. Very nice room, large, very clean, comfortable bed. Amazing view of the castle from the roof! Parking is a bit of a pain, but manageable.
