"I expected a lot more. Don’t get me wrong—the place is beautiful and overall it was a nice experience. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, the concierge at check-in didn’t feel very welcoming and came off a bit unfriendly, which set an odd tone at the start.
The property itself could also use a little TLC—the pool, for example, was missing a row of tiles, which took away from the overall impression.
