It is such a shame that you did not speak to us about your concerns regarding the size of your room. We could easily have moved you to a larger room. Sometimes, rarely, there are system glitches and upon investigation, this occurred with your booking. Had you come and spoken with us, it would have been easily rectified and you would have had a beautiful stay. We want our guests to experience the best, therefore we ask each guest to come to us if they need anything whilst they are here. Unfortunately, on your last morning the dog must have beaten us before our rounds. That was unfortunate, but extremely rare.
