"The staff was truly incredible: communicative, thoughtful, and kind. We had a series of unfortunate events with our rental car, so they waived our parking fees. We accidentally prepaid and booked TWO full villas through Expedia and they ensured that we received a refund for one of them- seeking approval on their end. The facilities were also lovely. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Pool was well kept and hot tub was nice and warm. One of my favorite parts of staying here is using the big massage chair in the gym but that was out of order unfortunately. The staff was attentive and welcoming and the facilities were well kept. Breakfast was fresh and the lady running that area was very nice. Over all very happy with our stay. "

"We stay here each year and its always a great fit for our family. The rooms are nicely kept and spacious. The kitchen is so great for easy breakfast and lunches. We use the bbq area which is very clean and well stocked with utensils. The shuttle takes us to Safeway for groceries and the nearby Kierland Comons for shopping and restaurants. We booked a cabana at the main resort which was reasonably priced and great service. Drinks and food were overpriced so a $450 bill for lunch was hard to...
