"The staff was incredible. The facility was clean. The only suggestion I have is that the ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t good."

"Beautiful historic hotel with lots of personality. Nice size bathroom and generous size room with a bathtub. Minor complaint is the pillows need to be refreshed. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. They have some gift items and tasty chocolate bars for sale. Easy to park right around the hotel."

"Motel was under construction and we were not notified. Some rooms had lack of working amenities such as running water for the sink. Floors were sticky and not cleaned. When contacting the staff to address these issues, they either deflected or brushed off the request."

"Clean and comfy rooms and I like the fact they have a microwave in the room. The location was good as well. There is a laundry room if needed. Only complaint is that there is only one elevator and there are always a lot of people waiting so going back to the room takes a long time."

"The property is beautiful and quiet. No TV's in the room, which is nice. The breakfast served in the room was wonderful but they didnt set up the continental breakfast on Sunday which was a disappointment. Happy hour was also very nice."

"Great location just a couple of blocks off the main square in Paso. They offer “coffee shop” breakfast - cake, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. At night you can sit at their fire pits and get a free s’more fixings package and sticks to roast marshmallows on. My only recommendation would be hooks for towels on the back of the bathroom door to hang towels on. They provide robes so there’s no place to hang up towels. Also, hooks on the wall near the door would be helpful to hang jackets on. The room...

"First off, let me say: yes, I know we were glamping, so I wasn't expecting a five-star resort. But as much as I wanted to love this place, I just didn't.
