"I really like the staff. They were very helpful. Very very nice. The food in the donkey restaurant was excellent amazing food. I was very surprised about that but very happy. Also, I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking overnight and the place needs to be renovated the rooms were kinda run down a little bit old and they need to put some sort of a air freshener throughout the hotel because it kind of smelled a little musty, but overall, it was very nice. The staff was excellent."

"What a splendid hotel!!! Gorgeous historic property with all the latest amenities. Every room is beautifully decorated, as is the lobby. Our room had a lovely private area on the patio. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Location is terrific - within walking distance to a variety of dining experiences. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Highly recommended!!!!!!!"

"It was a great place to stay. The staff were so kind from the minute we entered the hotel. The room was large and had everything we could need (and more!-). The room came with dishes, a full size fridge, a dishwasher (!) etc. The sheets were so soft and dreamy. The pool area was great, there was even a place to bbq! The free breakfast had great hours (available 6-10am) and fairly tasty. However, the coffee was terrible, but that is an easy fix for the hotel! The gym looked clean and well...

"Air Conditioner did not work. Room was 78 degrees all night. We asked for help with it, they did nothing but tell us to push buttons that didn’t work. Will not return."

"I absolutely loved this place. I loved the interior, with a small bench at the window and a hammock outside. The bed was amazing, so big with a puffy duvet. The room had a very quiet AC, and a fireplace which was cute. The pool was great, the service at the pool as well, we had cocktails, wine, charcuterie board and pizza!"

"Cute boutique motel. Outside fire pits and shaded patio seating outside each room was a plus. We don’t have a dog, but they have a cute little dog park as well. "

"We loved our stay at the Piccolo Hotel in Paso Robles. The only change that I would suggest is that the check in time would be 3PM rather than 4PM."

"The camper was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable too! Loved Sunset Hill and the property for a morning walk. Didn’t use the outdoor kitchen area so no comment there. Curious if there’s a curfew for the campsites. There was a group by the fire pit one night until midnight and you could hear every word from inside the camper. So we were up until they went to bed.
