"The only issue I had was you can’t check in early.. some people want to utilize your amenities. We don’t wanna pay $25 to check in at noon most hotels don’t do that and we’re not in Vegas… I didn’t even have enough time to go to the pool. other than that, everything was good. you can’t advertise specials and then people are coming in a little bit early and they wanna drop their luggage off and then see the little town and go swim and then they’re charged $25. "Check in was easy initially but we couldn't get in our room as it was occupied by someone else. The alternative room we were giving was not ready - was still messy, still had someone's food in the microwave, bedding wasn't completely changed, pillows were all over the place, towels and soap were missing.
