"The room was outdated and the cabinetry needed to be fixed. The breakfast was the same throughout the whole week and the Kitchen Lady was very rude and did not seem happy to be there working every morning. "

"Pool was great weather was too chilly to fully enjoy. Property was under renovation while we visited but staff was friendly and clean. Was close to Legoland which is what we were looking for, not a great walking path but managable. Close to food and stores. "

"It is clear that everyone that works there enjoys their job. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and checked in often. The lady who worked in the kitchen was constantly moving and refilling items. She made sure the breakfast area was stocked and clean the whole morning. Very kind staff. Very clean inside and out. There were no weird smells trying to hide odors. Very nice location! I would absolutely recommend anyone stay here. Very close to so many things. My only issue is with Hilton. They could do better with their mattresses. Every Hilton chain we stay at lately has had the hardest beds. "

"The location is great. Good walking distance to Legoland. I love the family pool and splash pad. I think it was a good value for your money especially considering they have two bedroom suites. The staff was also amazing. Shoutout Gilbert & Rose. What was lacking is the condition of the property itself. The floors in our suite were some sort of laminate plank that were coming up all over the place. That could pose a pretty significant safety hazard. I also have to mention that when I first arrived, I was assigned to a room that a family was already in. I walked in the door to find them and all of their stuff inside. It was really awkward and concerning, but the staff handled it very well in my opinion. Hopefully the family who I walked in on felt the same way. There was construction underway, one of the elevators was down, and the bridge across the middle of the property was kind of sketchy. The food from Karl Strauss was not good. We also ordered beers several times and they were all pretty good and arrived to the room quickly. Again, I think the staff was great. The cooking supplies in the room was awesome. I do recommend if you aren’t worried so much about the condition of the property-needing a significant renovation. It’s up in the air if I would stay there again or not. "
