"The floor was dirty, pebbles, and an unknown substance was on the floor. The bathroom was unseemly. The room was rough, old, and worn. The photo in your website was totally misleading to the vibe of the place. No night lamps. Harsh lighting. The Motel abutted the freeway. Fumes and nose where annoying. I would never have taken a chance with this place if it had been depicted accurately on your site. I tried to cancel at the front desk and was rebuffed from the clerk. We were told to call management and they never provided a direct line to them. We couldn't find a direct line to Expedia either on the mobile site. We had to find another room immediately due to the late hour. I feel let down by Expedia as there was no way to resolve this by email, phone or text that evening and to find another room."
