"Unwashed cup in the room and empty shampoo dispencer. Pool closed for this "spa weakend." Hotel unable to provide a cooked breakfast and reluctant to offer a rebate. Premises dirty and staff surly. Bar service poor and prolonged delays in the dining room in spite of pre-ordered food. Far from the expected standard of a 4star establishment"

"The Hotel went the extra mile it was my wife 60th Birthday on the 7 July .The hotel up upgraded my room to house they done it up for my wife special birthday everything was immaculous fist class.The staff were only to happy to help 24/7. The Breakfast excellent top quality food plenty of choice.
I Booked a spa for my wife for the 8th July it was more than exception."

"Decent sized room (stayed in deluxe double) for 2 nights. Admittedly didn’t feel particularly deluxe as the furniture was old and it felt a little tired. Clean enough but could do with a refurb. Car charging onsite was handy and good location without being stuck in city centre."

"Excellent stay...beautiful hotel, immaculately maintained...a level above anything else we stayed out during our vacation. Centrally located within easy walking distance of almost anything you'd want to see. Parking was a bit dodgy since the hotel seems to be booked for all sorts of event. The breakfast was ideal. I really want to go back for more."
