"I didn’t use the gym, the room was very clean and well stocked. The room was either cold or too warm. The thermostat was not controlling the temperature. I had a handicap room and the bed was too low and hard. I was also charged for ‘garage parking’ which I parked outside as always. This is the first time me. I’ve been charged. "

"Room was spotless and everyone was absolutely a delight. There is NO SERVICE in the parking garage, which could be an issue in case of an emergency. The hotel is in a wonderful area close to the capital! "

"We were a bit disappointed. We were stuck in a basement room. The hotel was not what we remembered. We went there to relive our 1st Valentine’s say, which was 28 years ago. It was a bit shabby. The Marriott chain purchased it, so we expected it to be even more special, than it was 28 years ago. There was no mention, when we checked in that the front door of the hotel, would be locked at night. We rang the bell, but received no answer. We finally realized we had to use our key card to get in....

"Hotel is nice and in a great location. Staff is not considerate of activities in the area. I checked in and was warned the water would be off from 2-5AM. I said thats fine Id be sleeping. Turns out the work was being done right next to my room…. I had to ask to be moved. One would think they’d be more considerate with placement of guests to work being done. Be advised if you stay there to think ahead fir yourself. "

"it is very convenient because is a walkable location in Old Town. Also, even though is in the middle of the city, it is very quiet at night, and you can rest very well."

"I did not use the airport shuttle this time. This is our fouth time in this hotel, and we really enjoy the stay every time. The location is great and quiet, and the hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, smell crispy clean, and have all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable. The free breakfast is fantastic, which includes a lot of varieties, and there is coffee all day. The service is outstanding. The reception staff are very efficient, friendly and...
