The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.

The communal showers were not in a hygienic state and put us off using it. The staff were really friendly

We stayed for one night , bed was comfortable, bathroom is seperate however i used the bath which was emaculate, staff are very plesent and breakfast was lovely. Decor is oldy worldy and dark but still lovely and clean

Although qe did nit havd a good welcome i arrival as yhe owner did not expect us die to misunderstanding with Hotel.com, he made up with friendly service during breakfast and accommodating.

Friendly Guest House, great for a budget stay
Very friendly and clean. A full cooked breakfast was included and as much tea/coffee as we liked. We had a nice view and it was an easy enough walk from the station except for 1 steep hill! They are well set up for social distancing. It's a little old fashioned but great value and very well kept.

Very friendly and welcoming staff/owners. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. There is limited free parking outside the Guesthouse overnight. Could do with some updating, does have shared bathrooms and communal kitchen. Good value overall with a central location.

There is a cosy bar area and reception as you walk in to the guest house , this leads into a lovely restaurant section where the food is absolutely great and is quiet renown amongst the locals. Going further into the Old Priory there is a party reception/dance floor doubling up as a games room with a pool table darts and other games , also a seated area with TV available. then you come to the rooms which are laid out on two levels , these are bright and spacious rooms and over look the Towy river and gardens of the Old Prior Guest house. The rooms have a wash basin with in the room but the bath/shower and toilets are located at either end of the short corridors as is the small kitchen area for preparing teas and coffees. The place is a lovely family run guest house and all the staff are pleasant and caring people and it was a pleasure to stay there.

No tea facilities in room, very very dated, no b/ room facilities in room, bed very old & much to soft, iww left aftee 20 mins to find another place to stay.

Dear Mr Hopkins, I am sorry you feel this way but none of this was explained to us when leaving. You said it was due to your wife's mother taken seriously ill and had to return home. We have plenty of pictures online to show guests what our guest house is like and all the facilities offered are explained in the descriptions. This is why our prices are lower than many of the other accommodation providers in the area.
