"Terrible AC and Even Worse Service – Skip This Place ​The air conditioning in our room did not work. When I informed the front desk, I was told they were experiencing issues and instructed to manually open the unit, turn it off, wait 10 minutes, and restart it. I followed these directions, but it failed to fix the problem. ​I called the front desk back, and they promised a maintenance technician would be sent up immediately. No one ever showed. Worse, the front desk completely stopped answering...

"We LOVED our 4 day stay at Fort Knox Inn! Great location, Great Views, Friendly Staff, comfortable Beds, Great water pressure! We Loved visiting the Fort, The Bridge and walking path by the Inn on our down day. The Bathroom could use a vent, but older building so may not be doable. Not a deal breaker for us. Also, since there is no Continental Breakfast a Kurig Machine or other FREE coffee machine in the lobby in the mornings would be wonderful since the ones in the room are way too small. Or if...

"The property was nice. The room was a little outdated the rug was frayed and looked to be bare in one spot. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The room was huge we had 2 queens/double with a pull out couch which we paid for but still huge. The dollar amount spent did not make up for the uncomfortable beds though. Breakfast was great in the morning and staff was very friendly."
