Went to check in and nobody was available at tge front desk. Waited for about 5 minutes. Parking wasn't ideal. Bathroom light fan was very loud. Pool was closed early and opened late. Vending machines only used dollar bills. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't very great. Eggs a little dry staff got upset over the toddler having on footie pajamas so i had to carry him through the dining room.

I do not know what happened in the room 124 but the smell was overbearing. Tub was dirty and a whole in the wall. There was some fragrance powder on the chair and ottoman. They had a fan in there that didn't work and they had another machine in there I have no idea what it was either. But it made it very difficult to breath.

I did not like the drive in paved area and parking area as it was full of potholes. The breakfast provided never changed, and I was there for 11 days so I got tired of the same offerings day in and day out. Otherwise, the people were wonderful and everything was nice and clean.

It needs updating but the hotel overall was nice. The parking lot was very broken down and the surrounding area behind the hotel was sketchy

I booked through Expedia like I always do. The pictures looked very nice and the reviews that were posted were good. When we pulled in we were sketched out. I went in to check in and no one was around, very weird then a young man came down the stairs, very nice but looked like he slept in his clothes. Then upon entering the room we were flabbergasted I have never seen a hotel room so disgusting I didn’t even want to sit on the bed. We inspected the room and took pictures! I was outraged! Other peoples things under the beds the bathroom I thought I would throw up! Not to mention the smell in the hotel! I immediately went back to the front desk and told him what we found he immediately offered to check me out and start the refund process and i contacted Expedia and was told I had a solid case for a refund he took my info and said I would be contacted I am still waiting this is day three!!! The young man also told me he was sorry he didn’t have any cleaners or security 😳 WTH how does this happen! So upset you can bet I will be leaving another review if I don’t hear from someone quickly
