"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. They were very accommodating and you can message them with any questions or hesitations you may have. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Also the rooms seem as if they are newly renovated so overall I had an amazing time staying here!!!"

The front desk staff was very helpful and provided us the code for the door during after hours. Our room was an interior room but still extremely cute and unique!"

We called the front desk, explained the situation, and politely asked for an extra 15–20 minutes to get ready and leave. The young woman at the front desk flatly refused and insisted there was no way she could accommodate us.
We understand that hotels have checkout policies, but this was a small request. The complete lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. That is not how guests...
