We couldn’t use the rooftop deck because a private event was booked, which was partly why we booked. The hallways could be cleaner. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Pillows like pancakes. Besides that, rooms were spacious."

"Great location easy to walk to everywhere in Montmare and metro stations. Clean and spacious (For Paris) rooms at a good price. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. Staff were all very friendly."

"The hotel exterior is very unassuming but once you walk in, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, bed was comfortable, darkening curtains helped the jet lag, full clean bathroom. They refilled a bottle of filtered water anytime we asked. Complimentary light snacks in lobby. Close to all amenities and the public transit."

"Lovely hotel ,staff were excellent ,free tea and coffee and fresh water in reception Has a lovely vibe about the place ,rooms were spacious and clean and well decorated nice bars surrounding hotel and patisserie , nearest metro is a stone’s throw (Blanche) corridors were a bit narrow and dark and staircase was a bit helter skelter but overall absolutely book again in a heartbeat"

"The staff is great. The room was the size expected in Paris but had absolutely everything needed. With the heat wave the air conditioning worked extremely well. Location is in a quiet street but absolutely close to everything. Super recommended."

"We stayed one week at the Hotel Palais de Chaillot. The staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful! It was such a pleasure meeting Charlotte. The hotel is near a station metro. Also, it’s easy to visit Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet. Merci beaucoup!"
