"For a one night stay, this hotel is okay. It’s a business traveler hotel for the most part. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I somehow found myself stranded at O’Hare overnight again. What turned me off the most about this stay though, is the price gouging for pretty standard amenities. Need WiFi? You’re going to need to fork over $9.99 / day. "I checked in and it was dismissive, I feel like once they see you booked through a 3rd party and didn’t over pay for their mediocre ass hotel they treat you slightly differently. If that’s the case maybe don’t make it an option . Too many other options for that bs. Of course it’s non refundable so whatever . If you hate slow ass elevators it’s a nightmare.
