"Mouse droppings in room. Was moved to a room next door... supposedly hospital safe sanitation used per signs in room. Front desk Deborah and manager John Steele not authorized to give any money back. Owner manager out of country. No customer service number available per those 2 employees. No apologies. Definitely not stopping here again. Zero customer service."

Room had several stains on rug (from pets relieving themselves) and comforter was ripped and torn. Hotel was old. Rooms are in need of updating and refurbish. I was traveling thru so I was only there overnight, otherwise I would have changed hotels."
