They have always meet my expectations. 🙏 will 100% recommend it."

"I arrived 2 hours after our check-in, and our room wasn't ready, which caused a lot of stress. They didn't seem bothered at all, acting like nothing was happening. I found their treatment to be absurd and do NOT recommend this place."

"The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked."

"The elevator did not work the entire time we were there (5 days). After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor. The first floor room had a horrible chemical smell so they had to move her back to the second floor. I saw many semi...

"There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit."

"Please do better with your breakfast options. Biscuits and gravy and potatoes everyday can be a make or break deal for future visitors."

"It was quiet and clean, breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. Staff was helpful. The only weird part we had was they cleaned our room between our first night and second night and never gave us new towels. Sadly we didn’t notice until the morning when we went to shower and didn’t have time to call down and wait."

"The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!"

"We were given a room that had not been cleaned......had fast food bags, dirty towels, unmade bed, etc. Breakfast options were very limited and not very good."

"The front desk clerk was very rude. The hotel itself was decent, the rooms were clean but the front desk clerk who was there that night when I checked in was very rude, and lack professionalism."
