"The cottage itself was cute and if properly cleaned and maintained it would have been wonderful. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. Two of the burners on the stove did not work and when using the stove/oven there was smoke. The window when opened to alleviate the smoke would not stay open. This property allows pets and unfortunately their cleaning and repairs do not keep up with...

"This house was amazing! Old school hospitality at its finest. If you are looking to unplug and enjoy nature and true time with your people this is it. The host was so nice and really connects with her guests. The only suggestion I would make is more window units since only two of the rooms have them but there were box fans provided for the other rooms. "This house needs to be looked at by a home inspector. Their is an obvious odor in the living room of mildew or mold, the floors are severely warped with soft spots, and there are light switches (ex: vanity lights in master bathroom) that are not operational. We were left with one towel per bed, for a 5 day stay, only one extra roll of toilet paper, one extra trash bag, only 4 laundry pods, and the creamer at the coffee station was curdled.
