"Clean, welcoming hotel perfectly located close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The restaurant offered simple , well made dishes. The shuttle service, on demand, was perfect."

"Our room was stiflingly hot and the staff did nothing to assist. They told us to open the window, despite having a sign posted to not open windows because some nasty looking bugs would come in. They refused to credit us any amount at all and only paid the €10 for our shuttle to the airport to compensate us."

"Después de una fila de 30 minutos a media noche, nos atendió Giorgio de mala gana, muy lento, además nos cobró 20 euros extra de un impuesto local... nos quedamos en otro hotel más céntrico en Milán y no cobraron ningún extra. "Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed.
