"Warm welcome by front desk and personnel despite late arrival. Front desk and online team responsive and pro-active. Washroom rather crammed given double queen room (single vanity, yet room can hold up to 4 / separate toilet-bathtub combo space tight). Navigating the hotel is not simple despite the signage. The distances are significant to reach the ‘towers’; the inclines are tricky when transporting one’s own luggage on a cart and maneuvering in and out of elevator. Access to rooms (lower level - like on a ship with no windows) felt claustrophobic, confusing.
Balcony view onto golf course nice. Breakfast buffet available ($22 pp). Parking ($10) should be free for guests. An additional $20 ‘resort fee’ was difficult to reason.
