"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The pools are lovely. The location is good as a base for exploring the Gargano, and although not on the beach, the shuttle bus does the job well. If you’re English I’d strongly suggest avoiding the most budget room as it’s really hot, the accommodation doesn’t have air conditioning, which isn’t a problem in most rooms, but the cheapest one was baking all day and night, we felt we had to ask for an upgrade. "Very gorgeous & upscale hotel. All marble floors, chandeliers & an EXCELLENT location to the church. Very friendly service. There wouldn’t be another hotel that could beat this. The woodwork at the check in was so ornate & stunning. I even bought an oil painting on canvas of Padre Pio from a famous artist that were for sale in the lobby. "

"The accommodation and meals are excellent. The included breakfast had many many options, except hot options, like eggs or sausage or bacon included on the buffet. That said, there were many many Italian breakfast options. The rooms were efficient and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The site lines to the valley are second to none, a commanding view over the sea, and this view is enjoyed greatly during the breakfast. There is some walking to be done to get to the seaside. Walking back up would be a challenge with people with mobility issues or have physical challenges. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you are looking for a change, but it is a more significant hike to get into town to take advantage of restaurants and retail stores. This hotel option is an excellent choice if you’re staying in this area."

"Luccia, the owner, brings “light” to your day with her warm spirit and southern hospitality. The food is simple but amazing; demonstrating that good ingredients and affectionate cooks make a difference! Torre Bruno is set among olive trees and strategically located near many sites like San Giovanni del Rotundo, San Michele, and the northern Puglian beach towns of Vieste and Peschici. It’s a mountain town, so driving to these locations requires attentive driving on mountain roads that should be done during the day. It is best to plan to eat there at night when the sun goes down early or nearby in the town of Carpino. The agriturismo is pet friendly and Benny and Machi greeted us warmly upon our daily returns and discouraged the cingali night. The olive oil produced at Torre Bruno is some of the best I have ever tasted, so I had to buy a bottle to bring home. "
