"The whole experience was excellent...clean room, attentive staff, awesome breakfast buffet, A/C, location, amenities hours, etc. However, both beds' mattresses and pillows were awful! Way too soft!! even using 2 pillows, if felt like sleeping without pillow at all and same with the mattresses. We woke up every morning with back and neck pain. We didn't request a different mattress or pillows since we assumed all would be the same. Other than that, the experience was great."
