Staff couldn't have been nicer & more helpful. Lovely pre-breakfast walk along the trail to the old castle ruins. All round 5-star stay. We would definitely stay at Castle Dargan again."

Per essere un 4stelle ci ha deluso un po'. Palestra e piscina belle attrezzate e personale molto cortese."

"I’m not deducting a star for the rather unpleasant member of staff in the bar last night (Sunday 10.45pm ) However, it’s worth mentioning as management need to stub it out before it affects ratings. Unhelpful, unpleasant and came across as quite rude. It’s a shame as one of the duty managers made our drinks the previous evening and he was friendly and helpful throughout our interaction with him. "The lodge was very clean, parking was easy and the location was an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and had no air circulation. The mattresses were low quality and the bed squeaked with every slight movement."

"All the staff, in particular David, were incredibly helpful, professional & thoughtful. A minor personal crisis occurred and David could not have been more thoughtful & understanding. The hotel is perfectly located. The suite had everything we needed and the massive bed was super comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough."
