"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's in a GREAT LOCATION in the Gothic section of Barcelona! Just a five-minute walk to the waterfront, many restaurants and shops near the hotel, about ten-minute walk to the hop-on-hop-off City Bus tour, less than ten-minute walk to the cathedral. Highly recommend this hotel! Since it's in the middle of lots of things, some rooms will hear noise from people walking and talking outside the hotel in the afternoon and evening. It did not bother me, that's what I expect when staying in a city."

Could have been slightly better communication before check-in as didn't respond to a couple of queries before check-in but got there in the end.
