"Customer service and communication were excellent, and the staff were really friendly. The location was fantastic and parking was conveniently close and good value.

The only problem was the "self check-in" and "self access" systems. They're not very good. The system can't read passports so you have to enter your info manually and the access code system isn't intuitive. Once you figure it out it's easy, but like many "tech systems",...

"Just as advertised - very clean, very well-equipped and light. 2 cute bathrooms, 2 small bedrooms. Delicious bakery just downstairs. Very centrally located. If you need parking, you will have to drive around a bit to find a spot or an open garage. Other than that, it was a short stay but it was great."
