I would avoid staying here, it smelled, you have to ask to turn on the air conditioning, our room card did not even work, nothing much around the area. Far from everything.

There is nothing to like about this pace. The ceiling was leaking on my bed. I had to change the room at 3:00 am. The staff was very unfriendly and the area is unsafe and far from everything. Will never book at this property ever if they pay me. It was a horrible experience.

They only provide 1 towel per person, which is ok to some degree. Because there is no towel to clean your hands in the bathroom and if you ask for a clean one it was really hard to get it. You must return the dirty one first and they will verify with the stuff that they didn’t left more in your room before giving it to you.

lo único malo del hotel es que el teléfono de la habitación para los servicios no funcionaba y por ende nos tocaba llamar de nuestro teléfono a la recepción directamente y a veces no respondían, como sugerencia deberían tener en la nevera con inventario bebidas para no tener que bajar hasta la recepción.

Es demasiado caro para la calidad. Nos dijeron que a través de las plataformas es más costoso. Dos personas en una habitación nos cobraron $200 mil COP casa una y vimos llegar otra persona y habitación en pareja solo pagaron $150.000 COP Llegamos una de las habitaciones estaba sucias, la sábana estaba sin lavar, pelos en el baño. Debí pedir cambio de habitación. Locación muy arruinada, descuidada para el precio que pagamos. Los desayunos terribles. Un día nos dijeron que no tenían huevos. Esta a 15 minutos del centro histórico y a 20 min de boca grande. Es una zona industrial, l frente hay una bomba de gasolina. No sé recomienda salir o llegar tarde, es peligroso, según los mismos empleados del hotel. Detrás hay un barrio popular. El personal muy atenta, lo demás , mucho que desear.
