I have stayed at this location many times in the past I’ve always had the same flight. Live out early check in and check out within within an hour both Denny also the listing said water and dryer as every place I’ve ever stayed in. Is that a washer and dryer this place had no dryer. They also list it as a full kitchen. I had no pan to cook in the oven. I had no towels when I arrived. I booked a room for two children two adults. I got two towels for all four guests. I asked for extra towels they bring me two more small towels towels not even big enough for an adult and then when I asked for more, they asked me why I needed more than four towels no towels in the kitchen to clean up no towels in the bathroom, hand towels no extra towels also only four pillows even though I booked for four guests, there’s an extra bedroom in the living room. There should be six pillows as there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room room, no extra pillows no extra sheets no extra blankets only a sheet on each bed and one extra blanket for the master bedroom. The kitchen was not fully equipped like many in the past many of the amenities in the past were not the same in this room I crushed my concern and nothing was done. Upon arrival. The room was so dirty food stains in the kitchen. My wife had to clean at the moment she arrived. She had to clean the entire apartment because it was so dirty and so nasty. Very disgusting not clean and like I said I’ve been at this same place six times prior
