El hotel y los cuartos están limpios y cumplen las expectativas ofrecidas. Los tiempos de check in y out fueron excesivos, pueden mejorar la experiencia al cliente en estos dos puntos.

I would stay again in this property in they changed their check-in process and speed. They couldn't find a stamp on my passport and kept me waiting for hours. There was no clarity on which documents they needed, and although I spoke to the manager who said that it was solved, the girl from the front desk kept asking me for more and. ore documents via whatsapp. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels in Colombia and Cartagena and this had never happened to me before. They could have air conditioning in the lobby or at least better ventilation. It was my first time staying at the hotel and chose it due to the closeness to the port. Upon arrival I felt that I had made a mistake because the "lobby" is dark and hot, but the room was very clean, spacious and with good AC. In the morning the water pump of the hotel was not working and I couldn't take a shower, but the hotel acted promptly and gave me a room to shower in another of their hotels which was just one block away.

Es un hotel ubicado en Getsemaní, NO en la ciudad amurallada, el hotel está limpio, bien ubicado, buen desayuno. Las personas del front desk no son muy rápidas y desenvuelta, de resto OK. Hay parqueadero a pocos metros con costo, deberían informarlo en la página.

A disappointment
The hotel has very kind and careful people on its team, to whom we are grateful, with the exception of one of the employees who was extremely disrespectful when dealing with me personally, except for the mistake of the name Raissa. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and I couldn't take a shower because the shower didn't have hot water or enough pressure. At 7:00 am, I indicated the problem and was told that it would be resolved in a few minutes. From then on, it was a nightmare: one maintenance employee, two maintenance employees and nothing to resolve effectively. We were told we would change rooms. It was already at 9am and nothing had been resolved. The employee Raissa questioned the fact that there was no pressure in the shower or hot water, despite her colleagues having already exposed the situation, insinuating that we were seeking undue advantage by changing rooms (previously, she showed us a room opposite the leisure area/swimming pool and which we could only enter after 12:00 pm: and I hadn't managed to take a shower yet). It was necessary to confront her directly and make her turn on the shower water in our presence in the room. Total nonsense. Finally, we were authorized to change rooms and this cost us another 2 hours of waiting (we later understood that they also carried out maintenance in the other room so that there would be hot water and adequate pressure in the water drop). We lost a morning in this unpleasant situation.

El hotel era increíble, muy cómodo y el personal era muy amable y servicial. La ubicación era increíble y estaba perfectamente situada para explorar los bares y restaurantes cercanos. El único pequeño inconveniente fue que en el área del jacuzzi no había nadie trabajando detrás de la barra a pesar de que se suponía que estaría abierta hasta las 8 pm. Esto no fue importante para nosotros, pero probablemente valga la pena mencionarlo. la comida estuvo deliciosa y en general todo fue increíble.

There was no running water in our room meaning no shower, brushing teeth or flushing the toilet. Then they refused to give us a refund. Finally the offered us to stay at their sister hotel after we had already made other arrangements. Absolutely terrible.

Leaking toilet water on bathroom floor
Would rather not leave a bad review, but our bathroom was continually covered in toilet water from a leaking toilet, and we had to ask to replace a comforter with an odd stain on it. The hotel refused to compensate us for any of this. The toilet really made for an unpleasant stay. It looks like the hotel has only tried to add more caulk to the base of the toilet, but that's not enough to stop the leak.

Excellent location if you want to be close and walkin distance to "FUN", with bars, restaurant and dancing. It's pretty busy people walking on these small streets but all are tourists from all over the world. It's a small hotel, bed and breakfast type but very nice rooms. I didn't like the breakfast area being on the open area of the roof though due to the heat. Breakfast choices were excellent, more than a continental type and they cook it for you to your liking. Overall good for a short 2 to 3 day stay.

Hotel is on a narrow street with barely enough room for another car to get by when you’re getting in or out of vehicles. Staff is excellent and accommodating. Hotel has a musty smell in the lobby. I would suggest a grab bar be placed in the shower, and a medium-sized trash can in the bedroom. Overall, this was a good experience.

Cool Place in Up and Coming Area in Cartagena
Very Nice room and facilities. Great staff and tasty breakfast. Only issue was open to air hallway which made stairs slippery when it rained. Staff did mop regularly but still was tricky to maneuver.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel cocoon
Super hôtel très bien localisé. Le personnel est extrement disponible et sympathique. La terrasse sur le toi est un plus.

Great hotel
This is a great small hotel in the heart of Getsmani. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop. The one thing that bothered is the nearby guest house playing loud music in the middle of the night. Front desk were very helpfull especialy Mauricio. We stayed 1 night, left for Rosario & left the luggage. Upon return the room asigned didn't have a/c so we were taken to their sister hotel just around the corner which was a fantastic upgrade to end the Colombian trip.

Lovely restoration. A few minor quirks remained in our room, although readily remediable: No bath towel racks by shower in the very fine bathroom. No toilet paper roll holder. No full-length mirror, although 2-door wardrobe has space. Cute little, 1kg room safe was not fastened to anything ... easily taken for a souvenir, with whatever might be inside. Difference between very good and excellence.

Right in the heart of Getsemani. It could be loud at night. But the quality of the accomodations more than made up for it. We were in a room facing the back and got great sleep. And even though it is right in the middle of the excitement, I felt very safe.
