There was an off duty employee there who ruined my visit completely.
He was rude and smoking late at night with his children in the adult area outdoors.
He called me names and continued to be disrespectful.
It was Valentine’s Day and I was very disappointed with his behavior.
I will never stay at another Hilton because when I asked to leave the place and just go home!?
They didn’t want to refund my money.
So I was there for the evening with this guy and his guests while they smoked cigarettes in front of kids at 10pm at night and called me racial slurs.
It was unbelievable.
Hilton has gone downhill for sure
Try staying at another Hotel
Plus they charge for parking!!
Not included in the fees.
The only thing going for that place is Rodney at the front desk and Johnathan
Both of these staff members are amazing.
They were kind and polite to me
I appreciated them being able to diffuse the situation with this employee from another location
I reached out to Hilton and have not heard from them yet
Again
I won’t be staying at Hilton in the future.
That is the take away.
