"Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet. We had a tv with a large choice of channels, a mini frig., microwave, and iron board + iron. We could get a cup of coffee any time in the lobby too! Breakfast was basic. The young gentleman at the front desk ( Shrey?) was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Every time we saw him he was vacuuming, cleaning a window, and well, basically keeping the place Organized and fresh! ...

"This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. "

"The price was budget friendly. In addition to the TV, there was a fridge & microwave, Iron & Ironing board and small coffee maker with coffee and creamer packets in the room, which we don't always find in a room at this price. It was clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay there again."

"We wanted just a place to get away from the Northern weather and see our youngest do some rock climbing. Richmond was a great place for us. But we had car trouble and had to extend our stay. The motel staff was so supportive, it blew our minds and in fact made us want to go back to Richmond."
