"Rooms definitely need attention. Our room key deactivated so I had to go back to the lobby to get it activated again luckily I made it in before they closed the lobby. I tried checking out early around 7:30am and the lobby was closed until 9 am. I was not going to miss my graduation ceremony I left in hopes that I would make it back in time to check out to avoid any extra fees. The customer service number posted on the door was useless no one answered and I couldn’t leave a message as their voicemail wasn’t set up. Won’t be stay here again! I wasn’t the only up set customer this morning."

"The building itself has potential to be nice but you can tell it doesn’t get cleaned at all. There was dirty all over the room’s corners and surfaces were sticky. All around disgusting. The plumbing is terrible, water rises from the sink and tub. Suspicious people are always going in and out of the place and there’s needles on the ground outside. Elevator doesn’t work and no bathrooms in the lobby for guests. The keycards are super sensitive and get deactivated with your phone so you have to go get them reactivated."

"I did not stay in the room at all. The bed had bed bugs and i had been scratching my legs. Also, when getting into the shower, there was insects/ants. I did not feel comfortable and left the hotel immediately. I was clearly disappointed. Never staying here again!"

"We chose this hotel cause the ratings and price were what we need. I was in the hospital. Husband stayed he said it was outdated looked nothing like pictures. Shower head loose/ flimsy low pressure. Room smelled musty."

"The breakfast was horrible. The potatoes tasted like lemons. The fruit had an off taste. The hard boiled eggs were burnt. One of the reasons we usually stay at a Hampton Inn is because the breakfast is pretty good. "
