"This was our only no contact accommodation in all of Italy. There was no greeting, all contact was on Whatsapp. Some people prefer that. The room is well decorated (Instagram worthy) and very small. The included breakfast is a croissant, water and a tea or coffee, so not really worth it. There was coke in the room but we would have preferred water. "This hotel barely served its purpose. As a quick drive to the Airport in Pisa. The room smelled, not dirty, just oddly. The walls were paper thin, and the beds were generally uncomfortable. It looks like it gets a lot of traffic from tour companies. Supremely disappointed as Expedia hotels are always very good."
