"The hotel is very nice and lovely views and our room was incredible. The only downside is that the bar and restaurant were closed which we were not aware of beforehand so had to travel out of the area for food and drinks. "

"Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best. There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. "Breakfast menu was unparalleled. So many options on the buffet, all delicious, and the menu items are prepared to perfection. The staff is warm, attentive and kind. The property is beautiful, with superb design and attention to details, surrounded in lush greenery. The pool area is so luxurious, we didn't want to leave it. I would heartily recommend."

"Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein und nicht besonders sauber. Außerdem war die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr begrenzt. Dennoch gibt es Pluspunkte für das sehr freundliche Personal, dass unser Gepäck sowohl vor als auch nach dem Check-In bzw. Check-Out aufbewahrt hat und bei einer Störung unserer Klimaanlage innerhalb weniger Minuten eine gute Lösung für uns gefunden hat. "The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, friendly, and kind. It is a very good and accessible location as well, right near the bus and being in centro I could go anywhere. The rooftop was very comfortable and beautiful and the gym was adequate. The room was clean for the most part but the floors were dirty and there was a small amount of mold."
