"We had a wonderful stay at the H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel. The hotel is at a great location in central Madrid with quick access to anything we needed, like restaurants or transportation. The lobby, restaurant, bar, and our room were all attractive, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is on the busy Gran Via, but we found the inside of the hotel to be a warm and calming contrast to the bustle outside. A nice place to relax. There were 3 of us, and the room was configured accordingly...

"The rooms are quite big. I booked as a solo traveller but think I was given a standard double. There was a coffee machine (no kettle) and the cups were tiny, more like a shot glass. There was no other crockery - plates, mugs, utensils, pots or pans. There was a small hob and a fridge. Good air con, which was a blessing in the heatwave. Flat screen TV with Netflix, Apple, Prime and TV stations. There is some cloth hanging space and hangers. Bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower and wash...

"El hotes está descuidado, las habitaciones son viejas, sucias, de uso constante y poco mantenimiento. Se ve que es un hotel que se utiliza para convenciones de grupos grandes y resulta cómodo pero para vacaciones no es opción esta lejos y no esta comodo."
