The majestic structure of neoclassical design opened as the home of a primary school in 1929. Now enjoy its visual art workshops, musicals, children’s classes and many elaborate features.

The Casa de la Cultura is near the U.S. border in the northern part of Tijuana. Drive 6 miles (9.7 kilometres) west from Tijuana International Airport to reach the cultural centre. The bus or taxi journey should take about 20 minutes.
