"It was a bit challenging checking in because we arrived early. The office is several blocks away and doesn’t open until 10. We were able to drop our bags at the office and wonder the city until checking in. The room was awesome, very clean and modern, quiet and secure. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Great central location. Would definitely stay here again."

"I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Juan Ranas. It was mid October so the weather was still warm and the local area was vibrant. The view from my suite’s terrace, was truly breathtaking - the best view of Alhambra! It was memorable having breakfast on my terrace and seeing the whole of Granada sprawling beneath the palace. The staff and hotel owner were great and made sure no request was too much - they were really friendly and helpful, arranging trips to the Alhambra. The food in the hotel...

"The suites was spacious for the two of us and it was very clean. However it’s impossible to find a parking spot around there. It’s a restricted area for foreign drivers."

"The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. "

"J’ai du être délocalisé pour overbooking. J’ai été très bien dirigé vers un autre appartement..Beaucoup mieux. La laveuse a fait un gros dégâts d’eau…. Je n’ai pas pu m’en servir….je n’étais pas supposer de l’avoir, donc c’était correct. Très belle emplacement"

"The desk manager was outstanding with communicating and very helpful with getting our luggage from the taxi up the steps and stairs to our room. He also called for a taxi when we checked out. A very hospitable place to stay, all due to the staff."
