"Lobby was nice friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed’s were comfy."

"I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and modern and the staff was warm and welcoming."

"The staff proved exceptionally helpful, particularly the housekeeping and maintenance teams; they made my family feel welcome and attended to all our needs."

"Todo bien"

"The hotel was new and very clean, but the breakfast could have been better. Also, we needed an extra blanket; we asked the staff repeatedly, but no one paid any attention. Eventually, we went to the reception desk and managed to get one."

"the place has friendly staff"

"Average hotel, very poor amenities, bad location,"

"I reserved two rooms. Both were clean and had lots of hangers and dresser drawers for clothes. However the room on the ground floor smelled musty and there appeared to be mold growing behind a torn piece of wallpaper. My friends had suites and it was the same- the one on the ground floor smelled terrible but the ones upstairs were fine. So, stay on the upper floor if you can. The property is beautiful and felt safe to walk around at night. The lounge was wonderful to relax in and have a...

The pastries in the coffee shop were stale. Housekeeping was also a problem. Unless we specifically requested service for our room, it did not happen. The floor was filthy throughout our stay and the linens were stained and worn. Also, beware of the stuffed animal left...

"Close to pretty much everything in sandiego. Clean w/ a friendly staff. Super comfortable beds. Overall good place to stay. Would definitely stay again."

"The suite was clean. The kids had a great time at the pool & hot tub. Helpful that it was open until 10 pm., we were able to be out and about during the day and still come and enjoy the pool. Breakfast was one of the best we have had. We would definitely stay here again."
