"Camera carinissima nel sottotetto, può essere scomodo per alcuni il soffitto ma io ho davvero apprezzato questo spazio particolare. Bellissimo il "salottino" oltre il bagno. Molto bello l'accesso direttamente dall'ascensore alla spa, avrei voluto sfruttarla ma non ho davvero avuto il tempo. Mi piacerebbe tornare!"

"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"Ruhig im wunderschönen Innenhof. Nur 9 Zimmer, jedes anders Sauber, großes Zimmer mit Küche. Alles digital keine Rezeption. Perfekte Lage nur wenige Gehminuten von allem was man sehen muss."

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location if you like a good walk and close to so many wonderful restaurants outside the centre! The hotel feels like it was far grander in previous times - upkeep not maintained. Not providing basic amenities (1 soap dispenser and no shampoo, soap, lotion etc), is pretty poor these days. Breakfast smelled great but chose to each at local cafes. Didn’t realise the spa wasn’t free for guests"

"The location was awesome but the manager who checked us in was not very helpful and did not help us with orientation at all. It would be good if travellers from outside Italy were given a little help though appreciate it is not a usual destination for foreign tourists."

"The appartment is in a great central location. It is clean, quirky and the courtyard is pretty and the smell of jasmine is gorgeous. It is very secure and quiet. We loved staying here."
