"My biggest complaint is that there is no personal touch and you never meet any staff and have to figure out things on your own. We were constantly referred to the reception but there never was anyone at reception. We’re not able to use the safe in the room because there was a sign that said ask reception for the PIN but no one was there. We were lucky to bump into the cleaning lady who showed us how to use the keys but her English was poor. All communication is done through WhatsApp. Reply...

"Once we arrived the woman at the front desk was dismissive and unfriendly when trying to communicate about parking. The gentlemen was very helpful once checking us in, getting us towels and grabbing us drinks. They did run out of ice (which I can understand). The first room we were given on the second floor had mold. We were then moved to the fourth floor where there was mold outside of the room on the elevator wall. When i told the owner he advised that its an old building
It had a computer monitor for tv it was suppose to have a 32 inch tv
There was suppose to. Be a dryer as the listing states but it didn’t have only a washer
The refrigerator was to be full size it was a under fridge
I can say t he r only good thing about it was good location
We left 3 days early of a five day stay
