Malgré plusieurs demandes aucun draps pour nos 2 enfants, il est indiqué petit dej possible sur place avec supplement hors aucun repas sur place. Nous avons réservé pour 5 et seulement 2 petites bouteilles d’eau de 50cl. Lavabo bouché, serviettes sales et il n’y en avait pas assez pour 5 nous avons dû reclamer. Pour les draps nous avons attendu jusqu’a presque 00h des draps et aucun draps n’a ete fournis on nous a indiqué un manque de linge donc mes enfants ont dormit sans linge de lit et ils ont eu froid la nuit. Je precise que la reservation date quand meme d’il y a plus de 2 mois donc l’hotel aurait pu tout mettre en place avant notre arrivée. Les 2 tv ne fonctionnaient pas.pas de seche cheveux, pas de chaussons, pas de dentifrice comme indiqué sur le descriptif tout cela n’est que mensonge. La poubelle des toilettes etaient pleine. Je deconseille fortement mauvaise organisation et ce n’est pas faute d’avoir communiqué avec le personnel avant notre arrivée. Nous payons un service j’aimerai donc avoir ce qui est indiqué et compris dans ce service. J’ose esperer un geste par rapport à cette tres mauvaise experience surtout avec des enfants en bas âge.

Lo que más me gustó en el alojamiento es el personal, quiero destacar la labor de la camarera de piso, no sé cómo se llama, yo estaba alojado en el estudio 210, y nos cuidó muy bien, porque mi madre es mayor y tiene problemas de huesos y la camarera de pisos le ha traído un manta extra y muy servicial, también quiero destacar la labor de la recepcionista que nos atendió en el primer día muy servicial, nos dio un estudio en la primera planta pero faltaba las sábanas, al mencionarle la falta de las sábanas enseguida nos cambió de estudio. también me gustó el trato y profesionalidad de los demás recepcionistas y personal de seguridad. Volvería sin ninguna duda a esté aparhotel.

I got an upgrade to a full suite and it was very comfortable that I extended an extra day and would surely go to the same place again. It was just too spacious and comfortable for a great price and the staff were very helpful that they accompanied me to buy things late at night for safety. They were super helpful with my other requests as well.

Awesome place with great staff! Brought us whatever we asked for and were super understanding. Hotel rules are a little different and more strict than the U.S but overall great stay.

Great stay

As a tourist from the United States, this place was immaculate. Clean and well kept. The area was a bit off of the main area of Cassablanca and the streets surrounding the hotel were ok but not close to much. So for the money, the place was amazing. For the location, it was a bit far from things. Consciere was very helpful about getting taxis and service was top notch!
