The room was filthy. I rented it for my fiance's stay in Casablanca. He said it was disgusting. Rather than give him a new room, they tried to quickly clean the room - and FAILED. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Le ménage est très limité,les draps ne sont pas changés systématiquement ainsi que des serviettes de toilette.il y a une odeur de moisi très désagréable et j'ai même trouvé un énorme cafard dans la salle de bain,personnel pas très souriant.je retournerai au Maroc,mais sûrement pas dans cet hôtel.tres déçu

the rooms were not ready, I asked for 2 rooms for 3 people, and they gave me only one for 2 people, and the other one had to wait until the afternoon, more than 2 hours waiting for the check in, and they gave me a room, dirty, without towels, no toilet paper, no air conditioning a disaster and I do not recognize anything, the rooms do not look like the photos, there are many other guests with the same problems

沒有再差的酒店(人生遇見最差的酒店)

訂了兩晚房間,只住了一晚,酒店太黑太污衊,完全不是相中所見那麼光鮮,所有同伴那一晚都沒有洗澡,洗手間(浴室)太多污穢,毛巾顏色灰暗而且有血穢,房間除燈光很暗而且隔音很差,附近有間回教寺廟有人念經無法睡覺,酒店外圍有個圾垃站臭氣沖天,酒店服務員也很有問題,入住時說沒有我們的訂房紀錄,後來找了一陣子才找到,又說要扣起我們的護照做入住手續,我們堅持不肯及要求服務員立即登記,我們在旁等待,故此我們即晚訂了第二晚另一間酒店住

Não vale a pena se hospedar....

Não gosto de fazer avaliações ruins dos hoteis... mas para se hopedar aqui, precisa ter em mente alguns detalhes.....Ao chegar no check in, conforme horário estabelecido tivemos que esperar mais de 40 minutos para liberação do quarto. No quarto não possuía toalhas para todas as pessoas, que foram solicitadas e atendidas, porém sem piso para colocar no chão e toalha de rosto. Chuveiro também muito ruim. Café da manhã sofrível, sem reposição, pouquissimas opções para um hotel deste porte e no Marrocos ( onde normalmente você é bem servido)A localização do hotel, então é em uma zona muito suja e feia da cidade.... escolha outro hotel, pague um pouco mais....

Alors je vous invite d’aller veérifier vous même les serviettes blanches ont une couleur blanc sale. La salle de bain se transforme en piscine après chaque bain. La poubelle qui est dans la salle bain est très très très salle c’est une poubelle en panier blanc qui est devenu marron.
