The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, however I had to change rooms due to a nonfunctioning ac. Overall my stay was good
Staff is amazing. Food was delicious. Felt very safe in and around the hotel. Near the Medina and walking distance to many attractions.

Staff were nice. No heat. Hotel room was shabby with broken window - ie didn't lock. Breakfast was always late. For 1 night it was okay. Don't rely on their wake up call service.
Comfortable stay. Staff helped arrange taxi for sight seeing and airport. Also let me know how much it should cost me. About half hour walk to Hassan II mosque but with the heat taxi was easier (run you 20 dirham)
Basic room with quiet air conditioner. I was on 7th floor where i was informed the wifi worked best. I appreciated a bottle of water in the room and small fridge. Next door to hotel there is a convenience store for snacks and cold drinks.

Hôtel Les Saisons in Casablanca has a prime location, conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. However, the condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The rooms and facilities are outdated, and cleanliness is not up to standard. Maintenance issues such as windows could not be locked securely, faulty plumbing and worn-out furnishings detract from the overall experience. Despite the friendly staff and excellent location, the poor condition of the hotel makes it less appealing for a comfortable stay. Improvements in maintenance and cleanliness would greatly enhance the guest experience at this conveniently located hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived, the mini fridge and the wifi in the room had issues. The bellmen came to the room and verified the fridge was dead but argued that the wifi worked in the hallway. Thats great if I wanted to stand in the hallway but the signal strength in the room was 0.77 Mbps. I showed them the speedtest and ended up getting a room change.
The other suggestion would be to change up breakfast. 3 days in a row with the exact same food... bland.
The location was good and the water was hot so midrange feedback.
Very helpful staff. Excellent Breakfast. Good location.

This hotel is decently priced and in a convenient location, but is otherwise nothing special. It's nice that the hotel restaurant serves drinks, but give the food a pass.
Clean city centre hotel. Staff on the front desk were helpful and accommodating and the room was large and in very good condition. Good position for exploring the city

Old tired hotel. Some things don’t work well like the shower head that easily falls off and water temperature fluctuating.
Centrally located near the UN Square and the old medina, this hotel offers a modern feel in the middle of traditional area and service. Room is nice and beds are comfy, and there are a phletora of food choices nearby even well into the night. We got to park our car safely right in front of the hotel (but the whole area is safe overall anyway). Breakfast is traditional Euro continental. Amazing service at a nice hotel at a great price.
Spacious room with separate sitting/work area. Upon arrival a porter hand-led us two blocks away to a respectable restaurant for lunch. Upon departure another porter carried our bags to the train station 300m away. That's service above and beyond.
Service was very good, although the hotels front desk did not understand or speak English very well. Breakfast was ok, the eggs were runny. Rooms were clean and because our rooms were near construction they were noisy and we asked to move our rooms. Hotel did this for us immediately. Bathrooms were clean and the shower worked well. Overall, very good stay.
