"One of the worst 5-star hotels I have stayed in. When we checked in, the room was dirty: there was food on the floor and counter, the bathroom countertop was not clean, and there was so much dust in the drawers that I did not want to empty my suitcase. There was no housekeeping on a Sunday evening at 7, so the front desk had to clean, as there were no other rooms available. Also guest services did not meet a 5-star standard. They were contacted 4 days before we asked for an outing and responded with a few question via WhatsApp. I immedialte replied and then never heard back. I went to the front desk and they were not available, so I had to arrange a tour myself. When we asked for a late check out, they said no they were full, which I understand I had looked to rebook our room only to find out we paid for a terrace suite and were given a deluxe room. They said it was a glitch in Expedia's system. I am still waiting to see if I will get a refund. The bed was nice and rooftop pool and bar area was very nice. But I will not stay here again."

"Hotel Capital Bellet was very conveniently located. Staff was very helpful in giving directions to local interests. Very clean. Nice continental breakfast. We found an amazing seafood restaurant 2 blocks from our hotel...El Ancla Providencia. Amazing food. Every dish was exceptional. We ate there 3 nights in a row, ordering different dishes each night - truly exceptional food. Delicious!"

"Located in a very nice area with city bikes and escooters available right across the street and many different shops nearby. The hotel is very clean, buffet breakfast is great and hotel rooms large and spacious with beautiful views. Parking is very easy too. "

"Room is clean except for shower ceiling where it looks like there is mold. Otherwise everything is clean and amenities such as kettle for making tea towels tissues all very good. Location is in a very good area with lots of choices for restaurants Front desk staff extremely helpful Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Dinner was very tasty "

"Terrible parking lot, no ilumination, signs don't make sense. Exit signs with no arrow, we wasted time trying to get out of the parking lot and we almost crash with another vehicle coming full speed on the ramp we were going up and he was going down. One ramp should be for going up and another ramp for going down. Also, we arrived at night and doors closed and nobody at front desk and of course no signs telling customer to go to different entrance. Lucky by the bartender of the bar next door that told us how to get in. Same with elevators to rooms and to parking lot, not signs."
