"Tl;dr: Outstanding hotel in a not so good area! Summary: -Staff (all of them) were absolutely wonderful! Special shout out to shuttle driver Mauro who went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Mauro! -The shuttle is very useful and there are extended times compared to what’s listed online. -WiFi is excellent for a hotel. 100Mbps down and up without a single drop during our multi-day stay. "This was a beautiful hotel located in the middle of an upscale shopping center. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.
